How does shopping at Collection Margot work?
Buying products at Collection Margot is a very easy process. Simply select the desired items and complete your purchase through our website or visit our studio to complete the purchase in person. If your order is placed before 18:00, we will contact you the same day to answer any questions you may have and obtain information about delivery and other special conditions. If the order is placed after 18:00, we will contact you as soon as possible the next day. If you live in Barcelona capital or surroundings, we will visit your home at no additional charge to ensure that all measurements are correct before ordering. For those who live outside the capital of Barcelona and its surroundings, we offer this service at an additional cost that would be applied to the total of your final order.
For those requests for various large pieces of furniture, such as sofas, beds, dining tables, etc. or any of our Furniture Packs, the Collection Margot design team will be present on the day of delivery to ensure that everything runs smoothly and install all parts to the satisfaction of our customers.

Are the colors and materials of the products I see on my monitor accurate?
Although we have tried to detail as precisely as possible the different finishes of the vast majority of products, each monitor and browser can influence the perception of tones, so there may be slight variations in the actual product received with respect to its display in . Some minor differences should be noted.
We also invite you to visit our studio to see samples of fabrics, wood and other materials before making your final selections.
How do the measurements work for each product?
For all products, the three measurement figures (for example, 200x150x50 cm.) are always listed in the same order: width x depth x height.
If you are not sure of measuring your space, we offer all our clients the service of going to your home to take all the measurements and provide you with an inquiry about your desired products. If you live in Barcelona Capital or its surroundings, this service is offered at no extra cost to ensure that all measurements are correct before placing the order and to determine whether there are special conditions for delivery. For those who live outside the capital of Barcelona and its surroundings, we offer this service at an additional cost that will be discounted from the total of your final order.
How can I pay/make a payment?
We offer payment by debit credit card (Visa, Mastercard , American Express) and also payment by bank transfer. Credit card payments are managed through our secure third-party e-commerce payment gateway so that we never keep your personal data.
Is tax included in the price?
All products include 21% VAT.
How much are the delivery costs?
The basic delivery is free for purchases that total over 1500 euros and are within the Barcelona capital and the surrounding area. For the rest of Catalonia, basic delivery is free for purchases over 2500 euros. For lesser purchases, the shipping costs will always be 10% of the order amount, the minimum cost being 10 euros.
Our courier services will deliver small purchases, such as decoration accessories. The delivery team of Collection Margot will deliver and install large pieces of furniture such as sofas and heavier products.
If items require special delivery, as an outside elevator due to stairs and elevators which are narrow, it will be evaluated, and this additional cost will be communicated to the customer before making the final order. These needs will be discussed at the time of the order and will be applied when making the final order .
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is placed, we will determine the approximate delivery time and discuss it with you before finalizing the order. For products in stock, delivery will be approximately between 7 and 10 business days. For custom products, the delivery time generally ranges from 4 to 6 weeks , depending on the item (s), we will confirm it when we contact you to finalize your order.
In some cases, delays may occur due to manufacturer or transportation. Although Collection Margot is responsible for these delays, we will inform you of any incidents and will do our best to solve any problems. We will do everything possible to maintain a high level of service and attention to our customers.

What is the warranty of the products?
As indicated by current Spanish legislation, there is a 2-year warranty from the invoice date. This warranty will be voided by misuse or improper maintenance of the product by the customer.
Can I cancel or modify an order after I place it?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of final confirmation. Since many of our products have a special order, there are many product variations. Please be sure to select the correct options.
Can I return what I bought?
We hope you are very satisfied with the products purchased from Collection Margot, as we strive to answer all of your questions and provide our customers with all product details before finalizing the order. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In this unlikely case, review our return policy, which is regulated by current Spanish legislation, Law 34/2002.
You have 14 days to exercise your right to return purchases. However, we only accept returned products that are in the same perfect condition in which they were delivered and in their original packaging. You must communicate by email to the reason why you wish to return the item. In this case, there is a return charge of 20% of the purchase price and for any return that does not have as a cause a malfunction or error of Margot Viarnes SL, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. It is essential that the product is returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered to the customer. Otherwise, the product cannot be returned.
